History
Founded in 1961, Wilson, Washburn and Forster Insurance is a full service property
and casualty insurance agency. Agency principals have over 60 years combined experience.
Customer service reps and support staff have an average agency tenure of almost
20 years. Ongoing training and education keep us at the top of our industry.
Our Mission is World Class Insurance for World Class Clients.
Preparation
We have a very thorough plan that will keep us running through all kinds of disasters.
Full generator back-up means that we will be working even if the power is not. We
have an agreement with BellSouth that will get our phones up and running. If we
have to work from a tent in the parking lot, we’ll be here to help process your
claims.
Service
Selling policies, earning commissions, faxing certificates -- that’s all great.
But where we gain profitability and success as an agency is by building relationships
with our clients and keeping their business year after year. We’ll give you the
service and attention that it takes to build a long-term relationship and renew
your policies again and again.

Trust is of the utmost importance in the insurance industry. We have to trust that

level. Through our memberships in the (IIADC) Independent Insurance Agents of Dade
County, the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA) and the Independent Insurance
